Please pay attention how one determines parameters' signs from either Table. The users of PRW-Tables they pick-up signs directly from the Tables. When using NAO-Tables, it is necessary to study the rules printed on the tables’ margins. This demonstrates how they copied the form of PRW-Tables and trying to disguise it, they succeed only in making complicate rules where rules were not needed, as signs in PRW-Tables are just picked-up together with parameters.

PRW Nautical Tables

The Nautical Tables - NAO and PRW - overlap for the latitude values 18°, 19° and 20°. The number values of parameters P (V), R (p'), (w1,2) for PRW Tables and A/H, B/P, Z1/Z2are the same save for PRW Tables which are more precise as NAO Tables round minutes to integral number.
